GENERAL INFORMATION / REGISTRATION

You are now ready to register, select your camps and pay. Before you begin the registration process, click on the titles at left for camp descriptions, dates and times. You will find it helpful to write down the course number of each camp or camp session in which you plan to enroll prior to beginning the registration process.

Registration deadline is Friday, May 2. No refunds are available after this date. We will continue to accept registrations on a space-available basis.

New this year: Weekly payments will no longer be accepted. All camps must be paid in full during the registration process.

 

Registration Instructions
  1. Complete all personalization fields on the Sizzling Summer Registration Form & Fee, then click “Buy.”
  2. You will see that your registration form has been added to your cart. Click “Okay.”
  3. The registration form will reappear. Do not add any additional information, and do not “Buy” again. Rather, click “Check out” on the far right side of the page.
  4. Complete the Customer and Billing Information. Click “Next Step.”
  5. If your Billing Information is correct, click “Next Step.”
  6. You will be asked for Shipping Options. Ignore. Click “Next Step.”
  7. You must check the box next to “Checkout Question.” Click “Next Step.”
  8. Complete the Payment Options screen. Click “Check out.”
  9. Your order is processing. Please be patient, as this may take a few minutes.
  10. Once complete, click “Continue Shopping.”
  11. Click on “Sizzling Summer Camps” to make your camp selections. Be sure to select your t-shirt size (Basketball, Camp Fun One, Cheerleading, Soccer, Strength & Conditioning, Volleyball only), and add the camper’s name (first and last) where indicated.
  12. Click “Buy.” Your camp will be added to your cart. Click “Okay.”
  13. Continue shopping until you have made all your camp selections.
  14. “Check Out.”
  15. You will be prompted to complete steps 4-9 in order to pay for your camp selections.
  16. When you see your order number, the process is complete.

Camp details


  • Girls enrolled in a morning and afternoon camp during the same week must bring a bag lunch and a drink. SJA will provide supervision during lunch. We will not heat any cold lunches.
  • Morning drop off begins at 8 a.m. for those enrolled in morning camps.
  • Girls enrolled in an afternoon camp may not be dropped off until 30 minutes prior to the start of the afternoon camp.
  • Each camper should be picked up promptly at the conclusion of his/her last camp each day.
  • Drop off and pick up for all SJA summer programs will take place at the Activity Center (corner of Broussard and Parker). Program instructors will lead camp participants to appropriate classrooms.
  • SJA reserves the right to cancel those camps which fail to meet registration minimums.
