The CHS Bruinettes are comprised of 30 talented SJA students ranging in grade level from senior to sophomore. The girls dedicate themselves each year to the Catholic High Bear family through participation in a variety of events and activities, including football games, SJA and CHS Open Houses, pep rallies and basketball games. The girls also compete in the Louisiana Showcase of Marching Bands Festival in Lafayette. In 2007, the Bruinettes took home a second-place trophy for auxiliary in Class AAA.
