Fete du Mardi Gras

Description:

The French I Club is open to all French I students. The club focuses on celebrating holidays à la française, such as Noël, Mardi Gras, Pâques and more. The students experience traditions relating to holidays from various French-speaking countries. An end-of-the-year Cajun dancing party and a King Cake party with CHS are just two examples of the year’s activities. Foreign travel to Quebec, Canada is offered to the Level I French students. Leadership and scholarship opportunities are also offered to the students at the state and local levels by participation in the state French club organization and its annual convention.
