Online Shopping Instructions

Steps to buy online at Shop SJA for parents and students.

  1. Log onto the SJA website at www.sjabr.org
  2. Click the “Shop SJA” link located in the right-side panel.
  3. Click the “Login” link located in the centered white space in the top horizontal menu.
  4. Please log in using your daughter’s login name and password.
  5. If you do not know your daughter’s login and password, please email fieldsm@sjabr.org.
  6. Use the Category panel located in the left-side panel to browse, or type the product name in the Search field.
  7. Read all “detailed description” information in the white area toward the bottom prior to clicking “buy.”
  8. If you are purchasing merchandise which requires size, color, style or class specifications, click the dropdown arrow under the Product Options field to select the appropriate specification.
  9. If you are purchasing items such as parking passes, Mothers’ or Dads’ Club dues, or some other item where information is required, you will be prompted to fill in that information prior to checking out.
  10. To purchase, click the “Buy” link.
  11. You will receive a message stating that this product has been added to your cart.
  12. Click OK.
  13. In the right-side panel, you will see your products listed.
  14. If you are ready to check out, click the “Check Out” link.
  15. You will see your daughter’s customer information. You should not have to enter any information in this area. Please do not change any information.
  16. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Next Step.”
  17. You will see the shipping address. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Next Step.”
  18. You will see the shipping method. Please select “No Shipping – order will be picked up at SJA $0.00.”
  19. Click “Next Step.”
  20. You will see a summary of your order.
  21. You will be prompted to answer the checkout questions. Please do so.
  22. Scroll to the bottom and click “Next Step.”
  23. You will see payment options.
  24. Please select your payment method. Enter either a credit card or a check number and amount.
  25. If you are paying by credit card, you will need to enter the three-digit CVV2 code located on the back of your credit card. Please make sure the mailing address of your credit card matches your daughter’s physical mailing address.
  26. If you are paying by check, you will need to write the confirmation order number on the check’s memo line. This confirmation number will be sent to your daughter’s school email account.
    a. Please send your check with your daughter the NEXT school day. Checks should be placed in the receptacle located in the front office of the Main Building.
  27. Click “Checkout.”
  28. You will receive a message that your order is processing…please wait…
  29. You will then receive a message thanking you for your order. You may then log out.
