St. Joseph’s Academy seeks a full-time Help Desk Manager to oversee day-to-day operations as well as special projects of the SJA Help Desk and to assign tasks to and provide supervision for the student technicians employed by the Help Desk. This employee is responsible for ensuring school and technology policies are enforced including appropriate student worker conduct; recruiting and training student interns with the goal of part-time employment as technicians; maintaining curriculum for training purposes; and planning and executing technology service trips and training student workers in skills and best practices applicable to each trip. 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills: analytical ability in the areas of laptop systems configuration and repair; experience with Arduino and Arduino programming (or similar small electronics); experience in computer programming and web design; and the ability to take ownership of the after-school operation of the repair center. A+ certification and other pertinent industry certifications are preferred.

St. Joseph's Academy seeks a full-time Assistant Admissions Director. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a recruiting and enrollment plan for incoming students. This includes all marketing initiatives related to admissions: recruiting events, digital and direct-mail communication, social media plans and additional outreach to prospective families and schools. In addition, this person is responsible for working with the Sizzling Summer Camps Director to ensure the continued development of the summer camps program. 

This is a 12-month position and requires some evening and weekend availability. A bachelor's degree is preferred with at least three years' experience in marketing and admissions. Must have data management experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Must have strong communication skills, an attention to detail and enjoy personal interaction with current and prospective families.
