Important Events for the Class of 2024
FRESHMAN SCHEDULING SEMINAR
Wednesday, March 4, 12-1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m.
If you have questions about your course selections, you are invited to attend one of two scheduling seminars. Sessions will be offered on Wednesday, March 4, from noon until 1 p.m. and again from 6 until 7 p.m. The day session will be held in Mother Alice Hall (3080 Kleinert Avenue, 70806). Parking will is available along Kleinert Avenue. The evening session will be held in the Dining Hall; parking is available in the Kleinert parking lot.
You will meet and talk to administrators, the academic counselor for your daughter’s class, department chairs and other key people who will answer your questions. You will receive also information about required courses for 9th grade, electives, graduation requirements, TOPS requirements, honors classes/honors diploma and freshman life. You will also receive assistance in completing the online registration and course selection processes, if needed. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduling sessions.

POSTPONED: Parents of incoming freshmen will receive an email with update information when a new date has been selected.
Computer Orientation is required for all freshmen. Your daughter's assigned week is included in her acceptance packet. The orientation is a non-credit course required for admission. Dress for Computer Orientation is school uniform (SJA or grammar school). Students may bring their own lunch or may purchase lunch in the Dining Hall. You will receive more information later this spring.
