Transcript Request

You may request a copy of your unofficial transcript at any time. This can be emailed or mailed to your home.

Official transcripts can only be mailed directly to a university. Official transcripts will not be emailed or mailed to a private address.

If you are a current SJA student, your unofficial transcript is available on MySJA. If you need an official transcript mailed, please see your Academic Counselor.

If you need a copy of your ACT or SAT scores, please contact those testing companies directly.

SJA does not keep a copy of students’ immunization records after graduation. Immunization records were returned to you at Honors Practice.
