Faculty and Staff Formation
Formation Program
St. Joseph’s Academy provides a three-year formation process and on-going formation for faculty, staff and administration to participate in and bring the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph into the future. We want our school leaders to remain rooted in the original model that allowed our school to flourish, leaders who are deeply formed in the charism of the founding congregation, formed theologically and committed to lives of prayer and discernment that develop into service of the dear neighbor. This formation focuses on Gospel values, Catholic faith and the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Each member has a role in the Catholic formation and the integral human development of each student.
