Cheerleaders Celebrate 2025-2026 Season
The St. Joseph’s Academy Cheerleaders gathered in the Fife Student Commons on May 8 to celebrate the successes of the 2025-2026 season. Joined by their parents, the cheerleaders enjoyed dinner followed by an awards presentation by coaches Raul Vazquez, Shore Morris and Lauren Sommer.
Among the highlights of the year was a sixth consecutive national championship, earned in the DII field, Super Varsity Division, at the 2026 National School Spirit Championships.
A number of special awards were given as follows:
Captain’s Award: Skylar Zettlemoyer
Teammate of the Year: Katie Beckers
Leadership Award: Madison Larussa
Coach’s Award: Lucy Pierce Ritter
Cheerleader of the Year: Anne Marie Bokun
Rookie of the Year: Rylee Theunissen
Most Improved Athlete: Landon LeBoeuf
Sticker Pride Award: Adriah Brown
Consistency Queen: Soleil Joseph
