Dads’ Club Hosts Sticker Scramble

The St. Joseph’s Academy Dads’ Club hosted the ninth Sticker Scramble on November 1 at TopGolf of Baton Rouge. Participants enjoyed two rounds of TopContender golf, lunch, event games, beverages and beautiful fall weather.

This year’s event raised more than $12,000. Proceeds are used for campus-wide enhancements.

Capturing first place was the team of Haze Brignac, Ken Caldwell and Roger Journee. Second place went to the Ritter-Maher Team of Scott Ritter, Lawrence Alwood and Greg Stringfellow. Third place was captured by Team Mire, consisting of Adrienne and Rene Mire and Kirk Lowery.

The Ladies’ Cup went to the Neuromedical Center team of Sarah Fautheree, Tracey McMains and Corrie Hester. Piper Wilson was low scorer, while Brad Dupont and Don Cannon won the Beat the Pro contest.

The tournament planning committee was chaired by Hudson Lemoine and Paxton Hester. They were joined by Ron McDaniel, Brad Dodd, Brad Dupont, Brad Wilson, Howard Wascom, John Monzon, Mark Stevens, Reid Bateman, Roger Journee, Steve Greer and Haze Brignac.

The Dads’ Club thanks the sponsors who helped make the event a tremendous success.
