Powerlifters Enjoy Awards Party
The St. Joseph’s Academy powerlifting team celebrated its fifth season of competition – the best state finish in program history – with a pizza dinner and awards party on April 27 in the Dining Hall.
Head coach Chance Hester and assistant coaches Matt Shelton and Milain Marcel presented varsity letters, including four-year letters to Paityn DeLaughter, Madison Plauche and Mila Tabor.
Special awards were given, as well.
Most Valuable Lifter: Lucy O'Brien
Coaches Award: Kaylie Hollis
Most Improved Lifter: Rebecca Dardis
Servant Leadership Award: Camille Hamner
