Seniors Advance to National Merit Finalist Standing
Each of St. Joseph’s Academy’s National Merit Semifinalists have met the requirements to advance to Finalist standing in the 2026 competition for National Merit Scholarship awards to be offered this year. They are Tiana Khuri, Claire McGuinness, Sophia Montalbano and Allison Riley.
Merit Scholars will be chosen from the group of finalists based on their abilities, skills and accomplishments.
Khuri is the daughter of Elise and Bahij Khuri; she attended St. Aloysius. McGuinness is the daughter of Renee and David McGuinness; she attended St. George. Montalbano is the daughter of Angela and John Montalbano; she attended St. Aloysius. Riley is the daughter of Rachel and Michael Riley; she attended St. Aloysius.
