St. Joseph’s Academy recognized current students who achieved academic distinction during the 2024-2025 school year at the Academic Awards Ceremony, held the evening of October 1 in the Academy Student Center. 

Principal Stacia Andricain welcomed the large gathering of students and their parents and led them in prayer. 

Dean of Curriculum and Instruction Melissa Brocato introduced the students who earned one of three levels of an AP Scholar Award for 2025. Dean of Academics Aubrey DeJohn explained that students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher at the end of each academic year receive either an academic letter or academic bar. Students who attain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 first receive an academic letter; students who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 then receive an academic bar.

She also recognized Claire McGuinness as the national Junior Science and Humanities Symposium award winner.
