Parents, alumnae, faculty/staff and friends of St. Joseph’s Academy gathered on campus on the evening of October 30 for The SJA Soirée: A Redsticker Thursday Night. The Academy’s premier fundraising event was enjoyed by more than 500 guests and raised money for campus-wide enhancements to benefit the young women of SJA.

Guests enjoyed a night of live and silent auctions, raffles, games, Plinko, bourbon and champagne tastings, a specialty white sangria, great food and drinks by area restaurants and caterers and live music by the Peyton Falgoust Band. The Fife Student Commons and Investar Quad provided a wonderful venue on a brisk autumn evening.

Sanctity-level sponsors were Audi Baton Rouge, Franklin Press and Weiler Plastic Surgery Group. Joy-level sponsor was Inject Studio. Action-level sponsors were Benny’s Car Wash, Fleur de Fizz, MAPP, Emergent Method, FireQuest and Sigma Engineers & Constructors.

SJA-decorated cookies were provided by Sunflower Patisserie by Chloe Boudreaux Leblanc ’15.
 
The Soirée planning committee was co-chaired by Marcy Prejean Maurer ’91 and Malakah Harrison Hawkins.
